Ich habe schon lange keine Blogs mehr geschrieben.  Warum? Es gibt so viel Anderes und Schönes zu erleben, da hatte ich einfach keine Lust zum schreiben.   Das Thema dieses Jahres ist eh so was wie "sein" und nicht "tun" - das passt gut!

Die persönliche Entwicklung geht aber unaufhaltsam weiter.  Ich habe viele Erkenntnisse zum Thema Eins-Sein, Unity Consciousness genannt.  

Mein Bestreben ist immer mehr, mich als Teil des Ganzen zu fühlen und zu verstehen.  Wir sind nicht separat und alleine, sondern allezeit verbunden mit unserem Schöpfer.   Das gibt ein Gefühl des Eins-Seins, des All-Eins-Seins.  Ich bin in allem und allen, und alle/alles ist in mir. 

          LoveFirst ist ein ungewöhnlicher Titel - es kommt mir auch so vor! Es scheint, dass

dies eine neue "Behandlungsmethode" von mir werden wird.  Eine Behandlung oder Sitzung, bei der mit Liebe geheilt wird!  Ich weiss noch nicht so genau wie es geht, aber ich vertraue voll darauf, dass ich zur richtigen Zeit die nötigen Informationen und Fähigkeiten bekomme.  

Es ist ein spannender Prozess der vom Herzen geführt wird.  Der Verstand würde verzweifeln! Was, keine Kursunterlagen, kein Lehrer, keine schriftliche Anleitung?!  

Ich lasse mich jetzt einfach mal überraschen was auf mich zukommt.  Sowieso ist es schwierig zu planen oder an etwas festzuhalten in diesen schnell wechselnden Zeiten.  Ich bin einfach offen und zuversichtlich (meistens!), spannend ist es auf jeden Fall!!

Alles ist im Moment wunderbar im Fluss.  Ich lerne immer mehr auf mein Herz zu hören, und der leisen Stimme und feinen Impulsen zu folgen.  Interessanterweise kommen die Impulse fast ständig.  Oft muss ich eine Arbeit unterbrechen um mir eine Notiz zu machen, damit ich die wichtigen Informationen die ich bekomme nicht vergesse.  

Es ist vielleicht ein Satz der noch in einen Text rein soll, oder ein Thema was ich ansprechen muss, eine Idee die verwirklicht werden soll.. es ist total spannend und wunderbar.  Ich fühle mich geführt und bin voll im Vertrauen.

Trotz viel Arbeit auf meinem Tisch habe ich totale Klarheit und kann sehr speditiv arbeiten, und es macht Freude zu sehen wie alles gelingt, ohne allzuviel Stress.  Ich lasse es einfach fliessen, und lasse mich führen wann ich was erledige.. ich muss nicht mehr alles selber machen, ich darf mich unterstützen und inspirieren lassen.  Es ist ein schönes Gefühl und ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Every day I work on the new Self-Love programme, it is very exciting and is finally starting to take shape.

The 3 weekends are filling up with exercises, meditations, discussions and teachings - it is a very creative process.  I have almost too much material, and will need to see how to structure each day.  How exciting!  I can't wait to pass all this on.  I have a vision of travelling to teach it internationally, starting in Switzerland, Germany, South Africa, Hungary, UK, Sweden, Norway, USA, Australia, United Arab Emirates and many more.  

This is my commulative knowledge, insights and growth, my life purpose and it gives me so much energy.  I feel passionate about it, and get up at 6 AM to meditate and work on it.. for the rest of the day.

All I need now is someone to help me with the new website (I have a new domain name secured), the marketing and implementation. Perhaps different people for the various countries?  I am open to receive.  My intention is that it all happens easily and joyfully.

My mission is to spread this knowledge of heart expansion, self-love and soul growth to as many people as are ready. 

I have been greatly touched recently by the very deep messages by Natalie Glasson (www.omna.org).  

She channels the "Celestial White Beings" and they talk about the new energies of 2017. This is just an exerpt.

 "In 2017 you are downloading a new perspective of love, meaning that your whole body and mind are experiencing the rewiring which has been instigated by the Beings from Venus throughout 2016. ...Earth will become the "new Planet of Love". 

With the synthesis of your personality and soul, you may feel the urge for action, following your inner guidance to discover if it is appropriate for you.  However, the greatest shift will be that you wil recognise that action comes from within you.  More so you will realise and experience that you are the world, all of humanity, the Earth and the Universe of the Creator, if action and the manifestation of love is required, then it must first begin within you as you are connected to all. 

This is more then sending love to a situation; this is energetically becoming the situation you wish to manifest.  Felling, sensing and experiencing what this new benevolent and loving situation is like as it forms, builds and exists within your being, then projecting it from your third eye and heart chakra to where it is needed.  

This way you will become an achor and a creator of new loving situations and actions upon the Earth.  This is love in action.

Up until today, I always felt a bit shy to share very personal things with the public. I held back and "protected" myself.  Since yesterday I feel like "I am coming out" - out of my shell, and am ready to show myself, who I am and what gifts I have fully to everybody who wants to see me.  

I have been doing a lot of meditations and spiritual work this year, particularly inviting the higher aspects like my Higher Self, Christed Self and all aspects and dimensions of myself into my heart space and blending with it.  Embodying with it.  Activating the DNA and getting used to the 5/6th dimensions and realities.

I am still doing the Ascencion course by Sandra Walter from the USA.  I can highly recommend it, it is online and very well structured and of the highest integrity, and helps me to progress in leaps and bounds. 

Plus I am reading "The Convoluted Universe" by Dolores Cannon, USA.  It is a series of 5 books. I have been studying with her when living in Finland about 4 years ago.  She is an amazing woman (recently passed over) and her deep Hypnosis work with clients from all over the world over the past 40 years has given me deep insights into how the Universe works. She does "Past Life Regression" but in a Quantum way, and very unusual stories, nothing to do with "normal" existences here on Earth.  I can highly recommend her books.  It opened up worlds upon worlds for me, and expanded my consciousness of what is possible and what we do here on earth and in this Universe tremendously.

I feel very expanded and at the same time very open to inspiration and to the flow.  Lots of ideas are presently coming to me, and I note them down. It's very exciting times indeed:)

I just deleted the previous blogs by mistake, so, it seems, it is time to start with something new!!

Ever since the end of 2015 I am working very intensely on opening my heart, on self-love and compassion.  It's been a long and intensive journey so far, and almost every day I study books, attend seminars or online courses, meditate, pray and practise introspection.  I spend lots of time in nature, which is very healing.  I know that my heart is opening more and more, and that I can hold higher levels of light and love.  

I am well connected with my intuition and creativity, and almost daily I have amazing ideas and sparks of insights, which I all note down in a big note book.  

Right at the beginning of the year it became clear that I am to teach a self-love program next year - or as soon as I am ready - and the note book is filling up with ideas and information.  However, there are still a couple of things I need to learn until I am ready.  One is to hold guided meditations inspired by intuition, the others I keep a secret and surprise!!  It means intensive training for myself, and I am loving this journey:)

Through Life Alignment treatments that I frequently receive by dear colleagues, and also give to myself, I find guidance and personal as well as spiritual growth.  

I now know what my potential and my spiritual mastery is.  So amazing!  I found out through a Life Alignment treatment I gave myself.

So much still to learn and to understand, but so much fun!
